1. Delivery Areas & Flat-Rate Pricing

To keep things straightforward and affordable, we calculate our delivery rates based on standard local distances from central distribution points:

Zone 1 | Central Monrovia to ELWA Junction | $2.50 USD (or Liberian Dollar equivalent)

Zone 2 | Paynesville, Johnsonville, Gardnersville, Barnesville, Duala | $3.00 USD (or Liberian Dollar equivalent)

Zone 3 | Fendall, Roberts International Airport (RIA), Brewerville | Calculated at checkout based on distance

Zone 4 | Margibi and all counties | Contact Our Team (See details below)

2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed and confirmed before 12:00 PM (Liberia Time) Monday through Saturday are eligible for same-day delivery within Zones 1 and 2.

Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 12:00 PM or during high-volume periods will be processed and dispatched the following business day.

Sundays & Public Holidays: We do not dispatch delivery agents on Sundays or official national holidays. Any orders placed on these days will be processed and scheduled for delivery on the next immediate working day following the holiday/weekend.

3. Safe Processing & Local Payment Verification

Because your purchases are valuable investments, we maintain strict delivery protocols to protect both our shoppers and our team:

Mobile Money (MoMo) / Orange Money Clearances: If you choose to pay via mobile money network integrations, our dispatch agents will verify the transaction status on our merchant dashboard before hand-delivering your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD): For cash transactions, please ensure you have the exact change or have confirmed the amount with your agent prior to arrival.

On-Site Inspection: We encourage all buyers to visually inspect the external packaging of their products and appliances in front of the delivery courier to ensure total satisfaction before signing off on the package.

4. Zone 4 & Enterprise Logistics

If you are purchasing items to be delivered to any of the outer leeward counties under Zone 4, your order requires specialized cross-country transport tracking. Before placing your order online, please connect directly with our dispatch coordination desk to arrange a custom freight route and receive a final delivery quote.

5. Local Pickup Option

Prefer to bypass delivery fees entirely? You can choose the "Local Pickup" option during your checkout process on the modernelectronics subdomain. Once your order status updates to "Ready for Pickup," you can stop by our official physical coordinates or designated hub to claim your items directly from our staff.
